Qualifications

• 5 years of journeyman-level work experience and technical schooling.
• Commercial/Industrial air conditioning experience required.
• Knowledge of Chiller, HVAC, and Central Plants.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair central plant equipment including large chillers and pumps.
• Overhaul centrifugal chillers when applicable.
• Schedule and manage site-wide maintenance and emergencies.
• Provide on-site engineering support and commissioning activities.
• Ensure safety policies and customer/vendor relationships.
• Assist in testing, start-ups, and troubleshooting with the field supervisor.
