Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States: U.S. citizens, nationals, or eligible for unrestricted employment.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• General Experience: 1.5 years of progressively responsible professional analytical work experience to analyze programs, budgets, services, facilities, manpower requirements, operations or organizations and plan for future needs.
• Specialized Experience: 2 years of progressively responsible professional analytical work experience in a youth-focused program, enabling studies and recommendations for needs and services of children and youth.
• Substitutions Allowed: Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements may apply.
• License: You must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and implements a major youth services program component across the State.
• Serves as expert resource and conducts relevant research.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
