Job summary

JBS International, INC is seeking a Technical Expert III to lead child welfare initiatives, coordinate a pool of experts, and design high-quality technical assistance (TA) for diverse jurisdictions. The TE III will guide staff, manage project preparation, and facilitate cross-center forums using a human-centered design approach.

Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making are essential, as is building effective client relationships and ensuring TA meets contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 20 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated expert-level subject matter expertise in public child welfare and related areas.
• Change management and implementation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead child welfare special initiatives and coordinate cross-team efforts.
• Supervise staff and provide professional development.
• Develop and deliver data-driven technical assistance and TA products.
• Build and maintain positive team culture for high performance.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders at multiple jurisdictional levels.
