Job summary

JBS International seeks a Technical Expert III for child welfare, leading TA design and delivery while coordinating a network of experts. The role includes supervising staff, guiding data-informed solutions, and facilitating human-centered design for impactful outcomes.

The TE III collaborates with project leadership to ensure high-quality deliverables, effective communication with clients, and adherence to contracts and project guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead special initiatives and coordinate cross-center teams to plan and deliver TA products and peer services.
• Coordinate a consultant pool of subject matter experts and manage budget/financial tracking.
• Guide staff preparation and facilitate center-wide forums using human-centered design.
• Supervise staff and provide professional development.
• Ensure TA activities meet contractual obligations and are documented properly.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the team's work and TA project progress; remove barriers to success.
• Lead innovation opportunities and improvements within the NCWCIA team.
