Job summary

Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare seeks a full-time Child and Family Assistant Program Manager to supervise CF staff, provide therapy to children and families, and coordinate IIBHT services. The role includes crisis response and ensuring compliance with Oregon regulations.

A Master’s in Behavioral Sciences and QMHP eligibility are required, with travel to off-site locations as needed. The organization emphasizes a strong benefits package and a workweek moved to four 10-hour days with a 4-day

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from an accredited university and ability to obtain QMHP certification through MHACBO (unless licensed in Oregon).
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Oregon Health Authority (OHA), and related health care regulations, including OARs.
• Knowledge of DSM-5, QA standards, and state administrative rules applicable to this position.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• HIPAA knowledge and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide back-up individual & group supervision to CF team members when program manager is not available.
• Provide in-office and/or community-based therapy to children & families enrolled in CF outpatient services and IIBHT.
• Meet with youth & family within 3 days of acceptance to assess needs and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate treatment for individuals in IIBHT with CBH providers and external resources.
• Serve as lead crisis responder for IIBHT clients during working hours and remotely as needed.
