Job summary

Cardinal Health in Cranbury, NJ seeks an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound or outbound activities. You will follow SOPs to pick, pack, load, and ship orders, using a Warehouse Management System and material handling equipment as needed. Training is provided on day one, and overtime may be required.

Ideal candidates are able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to safety guidelines, with a willingness to cross-train across different warehouse areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with RF scanners and material handling equipment preferred.
• WMS familiarity and basic forklift/pallet jack knowledge helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Use WMS to check in/out products and maintain accurate inventory.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment as needed.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product integrity during outbound/inbound flows.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support team objectives.
