Job summary

Waters-ERA, a Waters Corporation initiative, seeks a Sr. Chemistry Technician to lead manufacturing, verification, process improvements, and regulatory compliance for ASR & ERA lines.

Collaborate with Analytical/Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and EH&S to ensure quality and value for Waters-ERA customers. The role requires hands-on manufacturing, strong problem-solving abilities, and initiative to drive continuous improvement while supporting daily production demands and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• 3–7 years environmental laboratory related work experience or similar experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.). SAP and/or Great Plains preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Production/Manufacturing of chemical solutions to specifications.
• Generation and review of production and customer facing documentation.
• Assist other departments including packaging/labeling and shipping.
• Proficient in bench top analytical work.
• Participating in process improvements and executing validations.
• Assisting with customer-facing technical questions.
• Updating SOPs, documenting non-conforming product (NCRs), completing OJTs/training.
• Conducting training for team members on manufacturing and/or analytical verification processes.
• Ensure that all products and data meet Quality Assurance requirements.
• Support a physically and mentally safe environment for all employees and coworkers.
