Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Chemist, Technical Laboratory Operations for a leading semiconductor analytics team. You will support high-throughput analyses in a production wet lab, lead investigations, and ensure data integrity and audit-ready results.

The role emphasizes lead analytical testing, method performance monitoring, and collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to resolve out-of-spec results and support audits.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Chemistry or related field and 7+ years in analytical lab, production or QC environment.
• Proven expertise in chromatography (IC, LC, GC) and molecular spectroscopy (FTIR, Raman, NIR).
• Experience with SPC, control charts, trending and investigations of out-of-control conditions.
• Hands-on lab experience with chemical testing and cleanroom exposure.
• Strong data integrity mindset and ability to review/approve results to specs.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee routine analysis of semiconductor chemicals using established methods.
• Review and approve analytical results for accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Ensure timely material release by meeting production testing turnaround times.
• Monitor daily results for trends indicating process or contamination issues.
• Serve as technical expert for lab instrumentation and advanced troubleshooting.
