Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Essex Junction, Vermont, is seeking a Chemistry Laboratory Technician (Complex Analysis Technician) to perform wet chemical analyses, prepare standards, and operate multiple analytical instruments in a 5x2 shift. Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum two years of laboratory experience required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work with hazardous chemicals following procedures.
• U.S. citizen eligible for SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform wet chemical analyses and prepare standard solutions.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments with care.
• Order chemicals and consumables and dispose of waste properly.
• Communicate results clearly and work both independently and in a team.
• Support safety, EH&S requirements and procedures on site.
