Job summary

Minasolve LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead chemical engineering and production operations, optimizing processes and introducing new products. The role interfaces with R&D, project engineers, and maintenance, and requires a hands-on, problem-solving approach in a dynamic manufacturing unit.

The candidate will develop and execute small capital projects, provide process development support, and ensure safety and environmental compliance within a PSM framework.

Qualifications

• 10+ yrs. experience in process design, troubleshooting, and debottlenecking to improve efficiency, capability, and safety.
• 10+ yrs. experience in continuous and batch reactionary chemical processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply process expertise to identify improvements and debottleneck operations.
• Drive process improvements, optimization, and control to enhance quality and energy efficiency.
• Support introduction and relocation of manufacturing processes.
• Provide operators with process and safety training.
• Establish data systems to monitor results and root causes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain communications with operators, maintenance, project engineering, and R&D.
• Support start-ups and optimization projects.
