Job summary

Minasolve Specialties is seeking an Area Supervisor for Chemical Manufacturing in Memphis, TN. The role provides day-to-day leadership to a team of 12–14 shift operators, guiding safe, reliable operations to meet production targets.

You will collaborate with Area Engineering, Quality, Safety and Maintenance, and report to the Area Manager. The position emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and strong people development in a dynamic plant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in chemical manufacturing leadership.
• Ability to supervise production personnel.
• Strong knowledge of chemical/mechanical processes.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Experience coordinating shutdowns, startups, maintenance, and continuous operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
