Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks an experienced chemical/process engineer to lead wet process manufacturing, drive process improvements and mentor production teams. You will resolve process and design issues, manage documentation, and support audits with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and 5+ years in etching/plating or related hazardous waste environments, with Lean/quality methodologies and regulatory training. On-site work in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in etching, plating, hazardous waste, or similar industry.
• Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, SPC and Lean Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of IPC standards and ISO9001/AS9100.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing processes in Wet Process areas achieving goals and visions.
• Mentor production, assist with machine, process or part issues; resolve NCRs.
• Maintain documentation, update process documents and address audit findings.
