Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering and 7+ years of process engineering in pharma or fine chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of scale-up, unit operations, and safe production of APIs.
• Experience with process development at lab scale and tech transfer.
• Familiarity with FDA cGMP, EPA, OSHA, and PSM regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead projects, develop plans, and optimize yields and cycle times.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development and scale-up for complex small molecules, peptides, and APIs.
• Own technology transfers and pilot-to-commercial scale implementations.
• Develop SOPs, process models, and PSI packages for manufacturing.
• Provide day-to-day support to manufacturing with troubleshooting and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce cost and improve quality.
