Job summary

CordenPharma Colorado in Boulder, CO is seeking a Sr. MSAT Development Engineer to lead technical efforts for commercial manufacturing.

You will develop, troubleshoot, and implement improvements across engineering, chemistry, and technology to enhance safety, robustness, efficiency, and cost performance. The role emphasizes process development, technology transfer, and PAT-enabled optimization with collaboration across Manufacturing, R&D, regulatory, and CPC customers.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering and/or Chemistry; MS/PhD preferred.
• 5 years in Process Engineering or Process Chemistry in pharma or fine chemicals manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership during lab or plant operations.
• Develop, transfer, or implement technology at lab-to-plant scale.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Support PAT strategies to improve manufacturing performance.
