Responsibilities

• Lead overall operation of the manufacturing site with responsibility for safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, manufacturing costs, and capital expenditures.
• Establish and drive short- and long-term operational plans aligned with strategy.
• Ensure effective production planning and coordination with Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
• Uphold safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain qualified employees; build leadership capability.
