Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2–5 years in hands-on chemical/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with batch processing and operating reactors, kettles, mixers, or filtration.
• Ability to read process data and follow SOPs.
• Experience with ERP and inventory transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned equipment and area uptime.
• Ensure utilities readiness for unit operation.
• Follow SOPs to operate equipment safely.
• Load, unload, and package materials per instructions.
• Manufacture batches per work orders and adjust as needed.
• Record data in real time and monitor process parameters.
• Support shift handoffs and daily meetings.
• Perform equipment calibrations per standards.
• Record inventory transactions in ERP.
• Support product trials and improve batch procedures.
• Lead or support changeovers and line clearances.
• Verify raw material identity and quantities.
