Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry is required.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor Certificates of Analysis and test results.
• Collect, package, and ship chemical samples when required.
• Evaluate test results against ASTM criteria and inspection records.
• Make acceptance or rejection recommendations based on test results and requirements.
• Use statistical techniques to determine testing frequency.
• Review raw materials/manufacturing processes for unauthorized changes.
• Notify Authority of changes to materials/processes.
• Prepare inspection documentation and support QA decisions.
