Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7+ years of PM experience, with PE licensure or progress as a plus. Proficiency in CAD, MS Project, and Procore is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) required.
• 7+ years of project management experience on large-scale engineering design/build projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or active licensure progress is a plus.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and Procore.

Aufgaben

• Lead cradle-to-grave management of engineering design/build projects across HASA locations, ensuring on-schedule delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with design firms, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain alignment and progress.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and timelines; track capital spend and schedules using MS Excel, MS Project, and Procore.
• Coordinate project deliverables through weekly meetings and ongoing communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Interpret plans and specifications to ensure accuracy during construction; review and manage project submittals with engineering.
• Generate purchase orders, track material deliveries, and support scheduling with design firms, contractors, and subcontractors.
