Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Principal Service Manager for the North American Technical Services organization.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of North America Services and is based in Des Plaines, IL, Rosemont, IL, or Houston, TX on a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities include managing service and technical support for refining customers, collaborating with the Account Manager, and guiding service delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• Proven expertise in chemical engineering principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage and influence others and collaborate across units.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to influence and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong customer relationships across several levels of the organization and ensure service delivery and profitability.
• Deliver on contractual obligations of Service Agreements and catalyst sales commitments.
• Collaborate to drive service and digital offerings to meet financial targets and improve efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts with Technical Service teams to ensure timely, accurate support.
• Translate customer inquiries into well-defined problems for Technical Services and others.
