Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Principal Service Manager to oversee service and technical support for refining customers in North America. Hybrid work from Des Plaines, Rosemont, IL, or Houston, TX with up to 40% travel.

Lead cross-functional teams, ensure contractual delivery, and coordinate with Account Managers to drive value. The role requires 10+ years in refining/petrochemicals, strong leadership and communication, and a BS in Chemical Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the refining and petrochemicals industries.
• Experience with LNG or gas processing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence others and drive results.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across organizational levels.
• Deliver on contractual obligations and service commitments.
• Support and drive service and digital offerings to meet financial targets.
• Coordinate on-site support and maintain forecasts and staffing.
• Work with Account Team to identify opportunities and capture future business.
• Provide timely, clear technical feedback to enable solutions.
• Travel up to 40% annually to domestic and international sites.
• Assist non-service customers with Connected Service Agreements where possible.
