Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a high-volume professional kitchen.
• College graduate in culinary arts or pursuing an advanced degree.
• Creative, motivated hands-on leader with strong coaching ability.
• Proven track record of developing seasonal menus reflecting concept.
• Professional, courteous guest interactions and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform any function within the culinary department (cook, steward, etc.).
• Develop knowledge of procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Recreate recipes and ensure consistency of quality.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization and portion control.
• Collaborate with a world-class culinary team to plan daily production.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage of ingredients.
• Ensure allergen handling with urgency and care.
