Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Chef Tournant for Westin Tampa Bay, a high-volume kitchen leadership role. You will lead culinary activities, execute creative menus, and mentor the team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 2-3 years in professional kitchens, active Food Handler certification, and flexibility for day/night/weekend shifts. Compensation is $21.00 per hour. EOE with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler’s certification.
• Willing to work varied day/night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties within the culinary department (cook, steward, etc.).
• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté, fry).
• Prepare ingredients and keep a sanitized, orderly environment.
• Minimize food waste through cross-utilization of ingredients.
• Work with a world-class culinary team and learn from leaders.
• Update prep sheets daily and ensure accuracy.
