Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is seeking a Test Planning Senior Engineer at our California Proving Ground.

In this role, you will manage vehicle testing that occurs between teams during the vehicle development process, coordinate seasonal testing activities, and participate in evaluations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and have over 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience in the automotive industry.
• General understanding of vehicle dynamics, NVH, braking, and powertrain systems.
• Must work well in a team environment as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage test planning and coordination for CTD-led development activities.
• Coordinate seasonal testing activities like Summer and Winter testing.
• Manage the test vehicle fleet throughout the whole vehicle lifecycle.
