Job summary

Gremlin is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive pre- and post-sales activities in the United States. You will demonstrate Gremlin Reliability Management, guide architectural decisions, and run proof-of-concepts to convert prospects.

You will partner with the sales team to win technical deals, educate customers on Chaos Engineering, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to activate customers on their reliability journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in tech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes platforms and cloud providers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Gremlin in customer calls and webinars.
• Partner with sales to drive technical wins.
• Lead proof-of-concepts with potential customers.
• Educate customers on Reliability and Chaos Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering.
