Deposely is seeking a Senior Channel Success Manager in Bellevue to bridge our product and key channel partners: Court Reporting Agencies. You’ll own end-to-end success, ensuring technical integration and commercial readiness for selling Deposely to law firm clients.

Lead onboarding, enable sales teams, and drive strategic growth while collaborating with leadership. This role offers hybrid work and a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

Proven success scaling and driving efficiency in large enterprise accounts.
Experience across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through advocacy.
Strong data-driven decision-making, including ROI models and business cases.

Responsibilities

Strategic onboarding: lead complex product integrations with Tier 3/4 partners for a seamless technical launch.
Sales and Marketing enablement: train CRA sales teams and provide marketing resources to sell Deposely to law firms.
Product feedback loop: capture client feedback and route to engineering to improve onboarding efficiency.
Strategic growth: monitor metrics, forecast risk, and intervene to protect channel performance.
Process building: strengthen Channel Success playbooks and scale-enabled tools.
