Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or professional services
• Ability to lead engagements and deliver outcomes
• Experience managing margins, invoicing, resourcing and scoping
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex engagements
• Experience leading and developing a consulting team

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from initiation to outcome.
• Translate client vision into executable plans.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Oversee resourcing, change control and scoping of engagements.
• Identify opportunities for business development within accounts.
• Convey North Highland's value and adapt offerings to client needs.
• Coach and develop team members and address blockers.
