Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in business testing and change management in a customer experience and digital solution environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering testing and change management activities.

• Lead the development and execution of the organizational change management strategy for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Develop and implement communication plans detailing objectives, benefits, timelines, and impacts.
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement and establish change champion networks.
• Design and oversee training strategies and end-user enablement for SAP S/4HANA changes.
• Coordinate UAT activities, including planning, participation, defect management, and signoff.
