Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Change, Release and Deployment Analyst for a large healthcare client. This fully remote role centers on governing production changes to minimize risk and disruption, ensuring proper planning, assessment, authorization and validation per enterprise policy.

Responsibilities include managing change reviews in ServiceNow, identifying gaps, and applying rules for various change types while keeping pace with high-volume, time-sensitive changes across multiple tech

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5–10 years of experience reviewing changes across application and infrastructure teams in a complex enterprise.
  • Hands-on ServiceNow Change Management experience including managing review queues and documenting decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage change review work in ServiceNow, assessing records for completeness, risk, service impact, dependencies, readiness, scheduling and recovery planning.
  • Identify gaps and provide concise feedback to change owners, confirm corrections, and document decisions.
  • Apply requirements for Normal, Standard, Expedited, and Emergency changes and scheduling restrictions.
  • Prioritize time-sensitive reviews and escalate exceptions or unresolved risks.
  • Independently assess production changes across technology teams for risk, readiness, and policy compliance.

The position involves governing production technology changes to reduce risk and disruption to business services, ensuring changes are planned, assessed, authorized, and validated according to enterprise policy.
