Job summary

Everforth Apex in Charlotte, NC seeks a Change Management Program Manager to lead enterprise change initiatives within a multi-team IT delivery environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in Project, Program, or Change Management focused on technology delivery or enterprise change governance.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, JIRA, and risk management tools like PPRT.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Jira.
• Background in Project or Technical Management.

The role is central to administering the overall change management for the project portfolio, which involves planning, coordinating, and facilitating software deployment and technology change processes.
