Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, specializing in Organizational Change Management to lead high-impact, cross-functional change programs that help employees adopt new tools and ways of working at scale.

This role owns the end-to-end change management lifecycle for enterprise migrations, collaborating with product management, engineering, communications, and learning and development to ensure that 1 million+ Amazonians understand why, feel prepared, and adopt new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of change management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end communications lifecycle for enterprise tool migrations and multi-channel deployment.
• Define and manage the OCM playbook and framework; lead cross-functional tiger teams.
• Serve as OCM and communications lead for multiple concurrent tool migrations.
• Recruit and manage a company-wide Change Network and provide self-service resources.
• Partner with Learning & Development on training plans and measure adoption metrics.
