Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Change Management to lead strategic initiatives transforming our physical retail spaces in Whole Foods Market locations.

You will drive end-to-end store modifications, ensuring alignment with customer-first principles and operational efficiency. You will coordinate with Design, Construction, Finance, and Operations teams, build detailed project plans, analyze business cases, and present updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of store change requests, from initial assessment through implementation
• Develop and optimize change management processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Analyze business cases and financial impacts for proposed store modifications
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Construction, Finance, and Operations teams
• Present recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership
