Job summary

Markel is seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to drive organizational change activities across Guidewire implementations for the United States and Bermuda. You will partner with senior managers and delivery teams to enable user readiness, adoption, and value realization across releases.

The ideal candidate will excel in impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training support, readiness planning, and adoption measurement, with Guidewire experience preferred and US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Training, Organizational Development, or Business Transformation.
• Experience supporting large‑scale technology implementations; Guidewire experience preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption measurement.
• Prosci or comparable change management certification preferred.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Identify adoption risks, resistance points, and mitigation actions.
• Maintain stakeholder analyses, readiness plans, and change deliverables.
• Partner with business leaders and end users to support adoption and develop targeted communications and release updates.
• Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and change network activities.
• Support development of training materials, job aids, and enablement resources; coordinate training activities and readiness milestones.
• Track readiness, adoption, and proficiency metrics; gather user feedback and sustain business value realization.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Delivery teams to integrate change activities into release plans.
