Job summary

Sollers Consulting is seeking a Manager to lead the delivery of complex Guidewire transformation initiatives for the US/Canada market. You will work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to shape solutions, guide strategic decisions, and drive key initiatives across insurance programs.

This role emphasizes client leadership, end-to-end delivery, and active involvement in sales and proposal activities. Base salary reflects experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT consulting on US/Canada P&C projects.
Experience with Guidewire implementations.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
Proven team leadership and accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementations in the P&C sector.
Act as Product Owner or Business Architect as needed.
Partner with clients to solve complex business and technology challenges.
Drive business analysis, define functional requirements, and guide solution design.
Develop and manage client relationships across accounts; serve as primary contact.
Lead B2B sales, including cross-selling and upselling.
Present ideas to clients and discuss solutions with senior stakeholders.
Contribute to proposals and present solutions to senior client stakeholders.
