Markel seeks a Communications & Training Specialist to drive awareness, readiness, and adoption across the Guidewire portfolio in the US and Bermuda. You’ll partner with the Senior Training Specialist to develop role-based training and compelling communications.

Responsibilities include creating audience-focused content, managing cycles, and supporting engagement initiatives. Strong writing and presentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in Communications, Training, Change Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications aligned to the change strategy.
• Create audience-specific content including announcements, FAQs, presentations, newsletters, and leadership messaging.
• Coordinate training logistics, tracking, and reporting.
• Support post-go-live communications and learning reinforcement.
