Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal/change communications or related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong writing, editing, and message development skills.
• Ability to partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated change communications strategies for the Epic Refuel initiative.
• Partner with project leadership and stakeholder teams to align messaging and delivery.
• Assess audience needs, risks, and readiness gaps.
• Create comms plans, calendars, review processes, and distributions.
• Translate complex updates into concise messages.
• Write and coordinate internal communications across channels.
• Provide strategic counsel on messaging and channel choices.
• Coordinate day-to-day content development across workstreams.
• Support evolving comms needs for Care Group, clinics, and hospitals.
• Maintain enterprise perspective while adapting to changing priorities.
