Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Bedford/Burlington, MA is seeking a Senior Change Communication Manager to lead end-to-end messaging for complex product changes across our Process Solutions portfolio. You will translate technical knowledge into clear, sales-enabling communications that empower the field and customers.

You will bridge operations, manufacturing, and quality with our commercial teams, drive process improvements, and manage internal content hubs to ensure timely, accurate information is available

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in life science/pharmaceutical/chemical or related industry in a marketing, quality, sales, engineering, technical service, or project management role.
• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end communication strategy for complex product changes across the Process Solutions portfolio.
• Translate highly technical internal knowledge into clear, actionable messaging for sales teams and customers.
• Improve internal processes and communication frameworks, using the internal digital information hub as a key tool.
• Serve as a bridge between operations, manufacturing, quality and the commercial organization.
