Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in life science, pharmaceutical, chemical or related industry in a marketing, quality, sales, engineering, technical service, or project management or related role.
• Experience working with customers and stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with content management systems, internal information hubs, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end communication strategy for complex product changes across the Process Solutions portfolio.
• Translate highly technical internal knowledge into clear, actionable messaging for sales teams to enable conversations with customers.
• Improve internal processes and communication frameworks, refining how the team works and communicates using the internal information hub.
• Serve as the bridge between operations, manufacturing, quality, and the commercial organization to protect business and market share.
