BetterUp is looking for a Senior Change Activation Partner to lead transformative change strategies for enterprise clients. This role focuses on crafting compelling narratives and engaging stakeholders at all levels. With over 8 years of experience in change management, you will influence and drive change while collaborating through various communication channels.
Applicants should possess strong storytelling abilities and resilience in dynamic environments. The position adheres to a hybrid work model, requiring in-office collaboration while also being open to fully remote arrangements.

As part of the first team of Senior Change Activation Partners, you’ll play a central role in helping transformations for our enterprise clients be successful. With our clients, you’ll co‑create change management strategies, ensuring the right folks are prepared at the right time with the right messages, at every level of the client organization. You’ll develop communications strategies that build belief, inspire action, and sustain momentum across. This role is about leading change through communications—not just delivering messages, but shaping the story that makes change possible. This is not a back‑office, post‑sale support role. This is a front‑line, high‑trust, high‑impact leadership seat.
The base salary range for this role is as follows:
$145,000 – $180,000: New York City, San Francisco and Seattle
$130,000 – $162,000: All other locations
BetterUp is a hybrid company that values in‑person collaboration. Our US hub locations include: Austin, TX; New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; and the Arlington, VA.
