Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Quality Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training development in a cGMP-regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of FDA and ISO regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with EQMS/LMS systems and learning technologies.
• Proficient in creating engaging eLearning content and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement cGMP training programs for quality and compliance.
• Create instructional materials, SOPs, manuals, job aids, videos, and assessments.
• Deliver training to new hires and staff; ensure comprehension and adherence to standards.
• Maintain role-based curricula, training matrices, and plans.
• Monitor KPIs on training compliance and learning effectiveness; suggest improvements.
• Support audits by providing training documentation and evidence of compliance.
