Job summary

Aveva Drug Delivery Systems in Miramar, FL is seeking an Entry Level Training Associate to support the Production Support team. Under supervision, you will train production staff and ensure they are qualified in the training system, while assisting with new hire orientation.

You will work with SMEs to develop training materials, maintain documentation, and track completion in the Training Management System.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering training to manufacturing personnel.
• Familiarity with GMP and GDP documentation.
• Ability to write and edit training materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and qualification of department personnel with SMEs.
• Assist onboarding of new hires with zero deviations and safety adherence.
• Develop and maintain training materials and tools.
• Coordinate training in the Training Management System (TMS).
• Support audits with training reports and SharePoint updates.
• Partner with EH&S and Production for monthly safety initiatives.
• Maintain qualification matrices and training status.
