Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; law degree a plus.
• Minimum of five years handling primary and excess CGL matters, including complex litigated cases.
• Strong coverage knowledge and the ability to apply manuscript policy terms to facts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate claims, applying coverage determinations.
• Set reserves and monitor for adjustments within authority.
• Present cases to management for reserve authority.
• Coordinate with defense counsel on litigated matters.
• Deliver reports and address claim trends with partners.
