Job summary

Marks, part of Propelis Group, is seeking a Senior Producer for our Content Studio in North America. You will own end-to-end production from pre-production through final asset delivery, working with CGI artists, photographers and post teams in a CGI-led studio environment.

We value 7–10 years of experience, strong budgeting and client‑facing skills, and the ability to lead teams across geographies. The role offers a hybrid work model and room for career progression within the expanding Content

Qualifications

• Experience in a CGI-led studio environment, ideally in a brand/packaging agency.
• Experience in pre/post-production and shooting of video content.
• Experience leaning in and working with clients directly.
• Ability to craft and review SOWs with experience in identifying project risks.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of the global Content Solutions team, driving collaboration across disciplines and geographies.
• Translate conceptual creative vision into clear, executable production plans across CGI, motion, retouching, photography, and post-production.
• Own end-to-end production delivery from pre-production through final asset delivery.
• Lead production estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking with finance and client service teams.
• Proactively manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations across all stakeholders.
• Manage all aspects of day-to-day production in a CGI-led studio environment.
• Communicate clearly with clients and client service teams around production and project delivery.
• Identify and communicate project resource requirements consistently and timely.
• Coordinate with Resource Managers and Producers in other global studios to solve capacity challenges.
• Forecast, book, and onboard freelance resources when necessary.
• Negotiate costs with external providers ensuring alignment to budgets.
