You will lead end-to-end fabrication—from layup on complex molds to demolding—while owning autoclave processes and material inventory in a fast-paced, precision-driven shop. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and 5+ years in advanced composite manufacturing.
• Experience with prepregs carbon fiber and autoclave processing.
• Ability to lead on-floor builds and manage shop resources.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision layups on prepreg carbon fiber onto complex molds.
• Conduct vacuum bagging, debulking, and cure cycle monitoring.
• Demold cured CFRP parts and prep for finishing.
• Manage autoclave loading/unloading and cure cycles.
• Oversee materials inventory and 5S housekeeping.
