Job summary

PM Human Capital Solutions is partnering with an established financial and business advisory firm expanding its CFO Strategic Advisory practice and seeking a Senior Manager to join the team in New York. You will work with senior leadership to deliver strategic finance and transformation engagements while shaping the practice, its solutions, and growth.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, including at least three years in a supervisory capacity, in public accounting,

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in public accounting, advisory/consulting or corporate finance.
Strong technical accounting skills and hands-on knowledge of close and financial reporting.
Experience with finance technology, including major ERP/financial platforms, is valued.
CPA, public accounting/audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic finance and transformation engagements
Advise CFOs, finance leaders and senior stakeholders
Lead finance function assessments, process improvement, reporting and controls initiatives
Support budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and business continuity projects
Participate in ERP and digital finance transformation initiatives
Manage engagement scope, budgets, timelines and deliverables
Lead client meetings and executive communications
Mentor team members and develop repeatable advisory frameworks
Participate in proposals, solution design and practice development
