Job summary

SR Staffing is seeking a Senior Manager – CFO Strategic Advisory Services to partner with executives on high-impact finance, accounting, and operational initiatives. You will lead finance transformation, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP optimization, while mentoring junior team members.

Based near Grand Central Station, this role offers up to $185K base plus 15% bonus and comprehensive medical coverage. Expect a 40–50 hour workweek with opportunities to work with middle-market and high-growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting, finance, consulting, or advisory experience.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.
• Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP platforms.
• Public accounting, CFO advisory, finance transformation, or consulting background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CEOs, and private company leadership teams.
• Lead finance transformation, process improvement, and strategic projects.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and KPI development.
• Support ERP implementations and financial systems optimization.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
