Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a senior-level Financial Management professional to oversee SAP portfolios across DoD programs, delivering integration, analytics, and management support. The role emphasizes compliance, budgeting, and process improvements within SAP environments.

You will coordinate across acquisition, logistics, and financial reporting to strengthen CFO compliance and drive efficient SAP operations in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; 5+ years in accounting/financial management may substitute for the degree.
• Eight (8) or more years of DoD financial statements, audit requirements, or related compliance work.
• Four (4) years of Project Management experience in CFO compliance, coordinating across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and senior support for SAP portfolios across programs and organizations.
• Deliver SAP Improvement and Integration Support, aligning SAP processes and data across programs and organizations.
• Support PPBE processes: requirements, prioritization, and development of analytic tools.
• Support improvements of DoD acquisition processes and SAP financial management oversight with analytics.
• Provide Knowledge Management Planning oversight to retain organizational experience and maintain SAP processes.
• Deliver on‑the‑job training and create materials for SAP management, business, financial, and operational processes.
• Extract budget and program data from accounting records, forms, and reports; compile and summarize for leadership use.

What You Will Do:

• Provide oversight and senior support for client Business & Management functions across Special Access Program (SAP) portfolios.
• Deliver SAP Improvement and Integration Support, including integration of SAP processes and information across programs and organizations.
• Support business & organizational improvements for SAP Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution (PPBE) processes, including requirements generation, prioritization, and development of analytic tools.
• Support improvements of DoD acquisition processes and SAP financial management oversight, including developing analytic tools.
• Provide senior-level oversight of Knowledge Management Implementation Planning to retain organizational experience and maintain consistent SAP processes.
• Deliver on‑job training and create required materials for SAP management, business, financial, and operational processes.
• Extract budget and program data from accounting records, forms, and reports; compile and summarize for leadership use.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a SPECIAL ACCESS PROGRAM (SAP) eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; FIVE (5) or more years of experience in an accounting/financial management field may be used in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• EIGHT (8) or more years of experience with DoD financial statements, audit requirements, or related compliance work. Experience must include: FOUR (4) years of Project Management experience in CFO compliance, coordinating across multiple disciplines (acquisition, logistics, financial reporting, etc.).

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and GAO Yellow Book audit standards.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to operate in fast‑paced, dynamic SAP environments with minimal supervision.

Salary Range:

The annual salary range for this position is $132,600.00-$198,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
