Job summary

SSOE Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer focused on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to support HVAC system design for mission-critical data centers. This position combines advanced airflow modeling with traditional mechanical design, offering a hybrid or remote work schedule. Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC design, preferably in data centers.
  • Hands-on experience with CFD modeling tools, including Cadence software.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems including chillers and air distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed engineering designs and technical project plans.
  • Perform CFD simulations to analyze airflow and cooling effectiveness.
  • Design and optimize HVAC systems including CRAH/CRAC units.
