Senior Certified Workday Project Manager

Location: United States

Founded by former Workday clients, we prioritize partnership and engagement. With extensive experience in all phases of Workday deployment, we design efficient integrations and rapid deployment strategies, develop maintainable solutions, and support testing and updates for new Workday releases.

This is a remote position open anywhere in the U.S., with responsibilities including ensuring project deliverables are met, managing scope, budget, and timelines, and collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key Expectations

• Hold current Workday HCM or Financials and Project Manager certifications, with a goal to master Workday Implementation Methodology
• Manage multiple simultaneous Workday implementation projects
• Demonstrate expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials
• Participate in sales, requirements gathering, and proposal development
• Mentor other project managers and ensure proper project planning and staffing
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure project success
• Present effectively to various audiences and promote Workday best practices
• Identify opportunities for additional services and maintain high client satisfaction
• Manage project budgets and handle change orders appropriately
• Apply computational thinking to optimize processes and solutions
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3+ years managing Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials implementations in medium to large enterprises
• Consulting experience, either internally or with a consulting firm
• Experience with Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft implementations
• Knowledge in HR, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, or related areas
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Service sales experience is a plus; a blend of business and technical skills is preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 30% depending on project needs
