Known for conducting Phase I–IV trials in areas like neuroscience, cardiology, metabolic disease, and vaccines, the organization offers a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with ample opportunity for professional growth as expansion continues in 2025 and beyond.

POSITION

The Associate Director or Director of Strategic Delivery will manage the performance of trials within a designated therapeutic portfolio—either neuroscience or cardiovascular/metabolic.The right candidate will come from a CRO background, possess strong project management skills, and bring domain knowledge in either neuropsych or cardio/metabolic research. This is a strategic and analytical role requiring data oversight, site support, and hands-on collaboration with sponsors, physicians, and site teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee study performance across a designated portfolio, ensuring sites are hitting KPIs and revenue goals
• Lead study startup efforts and ensure operational readiness across all involved sites
• Evaluate and track performance indicators like enrollment rates, retention, activation timelines, and screen failure rates
• Collaborate with sponsors and site physicians to identify and address study challenges
• Pull data and build dashboards to monitor site-level metrics and drive portfolio performance
• Represent the client at key conferences and external stakeholder meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years in clinical research, ideally within a CRO setting
• Strong background in either neuroscience (neuropsych focus) or cardiovascular/metabolic research
• Proven experience with project or portfolio management in a clinical trial environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with sponsor teams and physicians
• Excellent analytical and data reporting abilities, especially in KPI tracking and dashboard development
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
