Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico).

• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist under pharmacist supervision in dispensing and verifying prescriptions.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems accurately.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and labeling medications.
• Assist pharmacists with scheduling and maintaining workflow.
• Process manual claims for third party prescription services timely.
• Lead inventory management: order, unpack, check and store pharmaceuticals.
